Biography
Idaguko Chika Anna completed her Ph.D. in Anatomy at the University of Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria. She currently acts as the Acting Head of the Department of Anatomy of Edo State University Uzairue, Edo State, Nigeria. Her research interests include but are not limited to the diabetes and its associated neurodegenerative diseases in animal models, as well as providing established scientific justifications for the use of plants. She is a member of the Society for Neuroscientists of Africa (SONA). She is also a member of the World Women in Neuroscience and an IBRO alumni and since 2013, a member of the Anatomical Society of Nigeria (ASN) and Society of Experimental and Clinical Anatomist of Nigeria (SECAN). She is presently based in Uzairue, Auchi, Edo State. Nigeria and in her midcareer stage.
